Currently we are using either Royal Mail for all of our shipping requirements. Depending on the contents of your order, we may chose to upgrade your shipping method, but you will always receive a fully tracked and insured next day service.
Any order placed at the weekend will be shipped on the following Monday, and any order placed after the cutoff time of 6pm will be send the next working day. All orders are tracked, and an email will be sent to you with tracking details as soon as we have completed packing you order and the shipping label has been created.
Due to Covid-19, all couriers are experiencing delays in certain areas, and we cannot guarantee the delivery time at the moment. Please wait until 24 hours have passed the expected delivery time before contacting us if there are any issues or lost parcels. Almost all delivery enquiries can be made with the courier direct using the shipping information that is provided to you for a quicker resolution or to reschedule delivery.
We add tracking information to all orders once they have been packed and a shipping label has been created. This will usually be sent to you once we have marked your order as “Completed”.

We predominantly use PayPal for all of our payments on the website. We have found that this is the most secure, and trusted payment platform available that supports the widest range of payment methods. We have it setup that you do not need to have a PayPal account to place an order on our site.
We also offer bank transfer, although this may take longer for you to receive your order as payment has to be fully cleared in our account before we will allocate the stock for your order.
Finally for those who wish to pickup any orders from our Glasgow warehouse, you can select Cash on Collection.

Do I Need an Account to Place an Order?
No, you do not need an account to place an order on our website, but we believe that having an account offers the best support and access to any customer discounts we offer.
Having an account allows to to track and view all previous orders easily. It also allows us to send you personalised offers and see if you would be better suited with one of out Trace Accounts, full details of which can be found here.
